The 2009 Net Impact Conference at Cornell

A big group of us went to the Net Impact conference, held at Cornell University this year.  There were 27 of us, both first- and second-years.  Big turnout!  You should read about the conference (and the organization), but suffice to say, it's about social responsibility in the business sector.  Traditionally, businesses have been focused on the bottom line (profits) but for many companies in recent years, the focus has shifted towards the triple bottom line (people, planet, profit).

During the 2-day conference, we went to workshops, case studies, panels, and discussions on various topics.  And, of course, there was networking.  And some fun.  Take a look at some of my pics:
